We understand that plans can change, and we try to be as flexible as possible. We understand that plans can change, and sometimes you may need to cancel or reschedule a tour. Our cancellation policy is designed to be flexible while also ensuring that we can maintain the quality and availability of our tours for all customers. The following cancellation policy applies to all tour bookings made with

• Cancellation 60 days or more prior to tour start date: Full refund
• Cancellation 30-59 days prior to tour start date: 50% refund
• Cancellation less than 15-29 days prior to tour start date: 25%
• Cancellation less than 15 days prior to tour start date: No refund

You may be able to purchase trip or travel insurance through your credit card company or a third-party provider.

Please note that some tours may have different cancellation policies due to their unique characteristics. The policy will be clearly stated in the tour description and/or confirmation email.

If you need to cancel your reservation, please contact us as soon as possible so that we can offer your spot to someone else. Refunds will be processed within ten business days of cancellation.

We recommend that you consider purchasing travel insurance to protect yourself in case of unexpected cancellations or disruptions to your travel plans.

All cancellations must be in writing and be made by the person who submitted the booking form. Please send an email to your contact at the Company, with a copy to info@egycantours.com

Once the tour has started, no refund given will be given for any unused portion or part of the tour or services to be provided. If you want to make any changes to the tour or depart the tour early, such alteration or departure will be entirely at your own expense and liability. You will also need to communicate in writing to the tour operator your reason for leaving the tour.
